Uploading your product catalog

There are two options for uploading your products:

1. Self-service: You can create each product in the Products section of your account.
2. Petspace upload: Fill out this template for your products and email it, along with product photos, to [email protected].
Additional Notes about Petspace Upload
To streamline the onboarding process and prevent any potential delays, we recommend using a catalogue export from popular platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Prestashop, or Wix. Providing a comprehensive and clear catalogue will ensure that your page is built to your expectations and will help expedite the process.

Once we receive your catalogue and product images, our team will begin building your page, which usually takes around 24 hours. Once complete, you will receive an email with a link to your activated account.

*Please note: If you sell hemp-infused products, you must be able to provide an up-to-date COA (Certificate of Analysis) upon request for all products included in your Petspace catalogue.
