How is my payout calculated?

Your payout for an order on Petspace is calculated using the following formula:

Payout amount = (item subtotal) – (commission)

• Item subtotal: The cumulative wholesale value of the items in your order
• Commission: Item subtotal x commission rate

Please note we do not charge commission on your shipping costs or on any discounted prices that result from a promotion. Our commission is only charged on the order subtotal charged to the buyer.
