In creating your account on Petspace, you agree to our terms of service including:

• Not directing transactions off the Petspace platform, including reorders
• Listing your full wholesale catalogue on Petspace at the same prices as your other wholesale channels
• Understanding and agreeing to Petspace’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If your brand doesn’t meet our performance standards and policies, we reserve the right to:

• Lower your placement across our site
• Limit your ability to sell with new retailers until issues are resolved
• Deny sign-up of new account (duplicate or sister brands)
• Suspend your account indefinitely
