What steps are required for onboarding?

Welcome to Petspace, where your journey into the sustainable pet product market begins!

Onboarding is designed to be smooth and straightforward, allowing you to set up your presence autonomously, though we’re always ready to offer a helping hand. This section is your go-to for any questions about the onboarding process or accessing our brand portal.

Create Your Account

Account Details: Start by providing a valid email, password, and phone number for login. Each account must use a unique email. If you’re already a retailer with us and wish to open a brand account, please use a different email. This email will serve as your primary access point to your account.
Terms of Service: Accepting our Terms of Service is essential for creating your account.

Upload Brand Information

Profile Customisation: Head to the ‘My Profile’ section to fill in your brand details. This information will be showcased on your Petspace storefront.
Profile Image: Upload an image that encapsulates your brand’s essence, appearing in messages to buyers and on your shop page. Ideal dimensions: 500 x 500 pixels.
Cover Image: Choose a cover photo for your shop. Ideal dimensions: 1000 x 1000 pixels.

Upload Product Information

Product Details: You can manually upload product information through your portal or email it to [email protected]. For comprehensive instructions on product uploads, click here.
Connect a Bank Account
Payments: In the ‘Payments’ tab, link a bank account where we’ll transfer your sales payouts via ACH.

Enter Tax Information

Set Shipping Rates

Shipping Preferences: Although not mandatory, setting shipping rates for your products is highly recommended. Doing so in the Shipping section can enhance your visibility and double your sales, on average.
Launch a Petspace Kickoff Promotion
Marketing Boost: We regularly email our buyers featuring brands with active promotions. Launching a kickoff promotion is an excellent strategy to increase visibility upon launching on Petspace.

Additional Considerations

Pricing Consistency: By partnering with Petspace, you commit to maintaining consistent pricing across all your wholesale channels.
Catalogue Completeness: Fully submitting your product range is crucial as your brand will be featured in our New Arrivals category for the first two weeks. A complete catalogue significantly boosts your conversion rate.
Catalogue Integration: If you’re using platforms like Faire, Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Prestashop, or Wix, the most efficient way to share your catalogue is through a direct .CSV download. Ensure all columns are included, especially images.
