Understanding the order invoice

All buyers on Petspace will receive an invoice with each order. You can download these invoices by navigating to your “orders” tab in your account and selecting “View Order” for the order you’d like to see the invoice for. Click “Download Invoice” in the top right corner of the order page.

Each invoice breaks down into three components.

1. Billing Information
2. Product Information
3. Payment Information

Billing Information: This part of the invoice includes information for both the buyer (you) and the seller (the brand). Your Petspace order number, the order date, and both parties’ tax information (if applicable) will be included here.

Product Information: This part of the invoice includes each product in the order as a line item. The shipping cost, and any discounts/credits will be included in this section, just before the invoice total.

Payment Information: This part of the invoice will show all the charges, or refunds on an order.
