How does shipping work on Petspace?

Petspace is a marketplace of independent brands. This means that each brand on Petspace manages their own shipping, which may be slightly different from other pet supply models you’ve encountered (like traditional distributors). The majority of the brands on Petspace are not listed with distributors and specialize in small-batch, high-quality pet products made with unique and sustainable materials.

To help with shipping transparency, many brands provide free or fixed shipping:

– Shop all products with free shipping
– Shop all products with fixed shipping

These two categories are always visible in our header under “Free Shipping” and “Fixed-rate Shipping”.

For products and brands where shipping costs are not determined until you have ordered, we recommend reaching out to the brand directly to ask for a rough estimate based on your location. To do so, simply click the “Request Shipping Estimate” button on the brand’s profile page and ask them for more information.
