How should I be selling my Petspace product?

Now that you’ve placed your order, here are some helpful reminders and tips for selling your products:

Unauthorised rebranding/repackaging – Most of our brands are small batch producers and work hard to have their brand name on their products in retail stores across the country. Any changes to a product’s labeling or packaging must be authorized in writing by the brand.
Drop shipping – We do not support drop shipping to customers at this time. Upon signing up, you will need to provide a valid, physical address to receive the product that you order on our site.
Third-party marketplaces – Selling through online-only platforms is restricted to your own online boutique. We are unable to fulfill orders if you are selling on Amazon, eBay, private Facebook groups, or other marketplaces. If you aren’t sure if where you are selling is a third-party marketplace, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to provide further clarification.
Gifting and personal – Since Petspace is a wholesale platform for retail businesses, at this time, we are unable to fulfill orders for gifting, distribution, or personal use.
Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) – All Petspace customers must purchase with the intent to resell at the MSRP noted in the product listing. Please know that these prices are set by the brands themselves.
