Where are my products?
You can track the status of your order by following these steps:
1. Click on the Account icon in the top right corner.
2. Click on the “Orders” tab.
3. Use the filter bar to see whether your order is pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered, or cancelled.
If your order has been shipped, you can track the progress of the shipment by clicking “View Order” in the order preview, and clicking “Track Order”.
Should you have any questions about the status of your product, it is best to ask the brand directly. To do this, click the “Send message” that is attached to every order in your “orders” tab.
