A cancelled order means that the brand has decided not to fulfill the order. Brands may decide to cancel due to inventory shortages, heightened demand, shipping concerns, or some other reason.

If you have questions about the exact nature of the cancellation, we encourage you to send the brand a message and ask. You can either:

1. Click “View Order” on the order preview.
2. Click “Send Message” to message the brand directly.
