How do payments work on Petspace?

When you place an order, a temporary hold is placed on your payment method for the order amount until the brand confirms the order. This temporary hold exists to ensure that your account has the necessary funds before the brand ships the order. If the order is not confirmed within 7 days of your order request, the hold will be dropped.

30 (or 60 for select buyers) days after the order is shipped, the payment will automatically go through from your selected payment method.
