How do I contact my retailers on Petspace?

The best way to communicate with one of your buyers on Petspace is through our dedicated chat box.

Any retailer on Petspace has the ability to get in touch with you via Petspace chatbox. Once a retailer has placed an order with your shop on Petspace, their profile will show up in your Messages tab as an empty conversation. This feature makes it straightforward for you to contact them regarding their order whenever necessary.

It’s important to note that you cannot initiate contact with retailers who haven’t yet made a purchase from you, nor are you allowed to message other brands. Prospective retailers, however, can reach out to you through Petspace chatbox, often with questions about product details, lead times, or your shop in general.
