How can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

We can help you make changes to your order and shipping details if we catch it early enough. This is only possible if the brand has only created the shipping label and has not dropped it off at the carrier. In some cases, the brand can contact their carrier and can have them re-route the order to the new shipping address. However, this could result in additional fees, which you will be responsible for paying.
